I was sitting in my living room, thoroughly enjoying a Padilla Obsidian, when I thought about taking a vacation to Fiji.  I obviously can't just pack up my bags and hurry my way down to the islands, but I can indulge in the idea for a few minutes and think about which five cigars I would prefer to have by my side.

Since the Padilla Obsidian is currently my favorite cigar, it is number one on my list.  Those of you who have never tried the Obsidian should definately take some time to smoke one; you will not be disappointed.  The second cigar on my list would have to be the Kuba Kuba by Drew Estate.  The Kuba Kuba is part of Drew Estate's "Acid" brand cigars and is the perfect smoke in a "bar" environment.  The cigar itself is very aromatic and does not normally bother the average "non-smoker" because of the fantastic aroma it emits.  My final three choices will most likely change on a day to day basis but today they are as follows: the Gurkha Regent, CAO Black, and the Rocky Patel Vintage 1990.  All three smokes are medium to full in body, depending on your palate, and they all tantalize the palate with a plethora of flavor.

If you were planning on going to Fiji which five cigars would you bring along?  I am very interested in hearing your responses.

Hey, big Pappie. Not familiar with any proverbs featuring desert islands. Could you tell me of the proverb ...was it something Confucious said?

This whole thing sounds a little more hypothetical.

Anyway, here are my Desert Island Cigars

    Gurhka Legend

    Perdomo Champagne

    5 Vegas Cask Strength

    5 Vegas Serie A

    CI Legends Copper Label
