I gotta say I'll be needing something in roughly that time, while we were smoking and having a good time the other prep cook I used to work with got fired, so it would seem for now I'm going to be working 6-7 days a week, good for the wallet and my stash since I've been too tired to light up anything other than an occasional cig. This crap almost always happens when I take a vacation. Just wanted to rant I could go into further detail but no need to spread the truth about someone nobody here knows.
Sorry to hear about your prep cook, I know how tough it is being a chef. My wife's brother in law was a chef up in Maine, and they moved down here couple years ago. He got a job at some fancy restaurant in buckhead....which was a total 180 turn around from what he was used to. And he figured out real quick he didn't wanna be a chef anymore, lol. So he ended up moving back to Maine...but while he was down here, I did get him hooked on cigars!

Man I could do it ever quarter. That way they won't become dull, but they aren't too far apart. We could even try other B+M's every so often.
That's what I was thinking too, I think once a QTR would work for me too. I know Tim (jacketsrule) would love if we visited Wish Ash, and I've been wanting to check it out too, and there is also a local cigar bar in my town we could hit up at some point, there is a ton of options out there for us! And I'm sure JZ would love to come hang out with us sooner rather than later.
I think it was called Wise Ash :P and with my current trend of hours I could afford to bring better stoagies next time ^ ^ but I think a change in venue each time would be fun! Also to your response to my last post, my passion for cooking has been on a slow death so I don't blame your brother-in-law for quitting and going back, if I had better set of skills I would be done with cooking too, but they keep paying me so I keep showing up.

My bad, I still didn't have morning coffee yet, lol. I knew it was wise ash...oh well, no harm done I guess.

Maybe you should just take the Gordon Ramsey approach to your cooking, and just start calling everyone donkeys and kicking the *** out of trashcans.

I like the quarterly idea as well! 3 months from last weekend would put us right around Thanksgiving (and TW's anniversary party) if we wanted to use that as the next "official" herf. Also with the C4 X-mas herf we could do it all again in December.

Moving to different B&Ms is a great idea in my book, but I think the 11/20 date for TW is a "can't miss" type of opportunity. We should tee up Wise Ash as the next B&M to hit though, as I've heard great things about it (not just from Tim. Mostly, but not just :P ).

And what's this about Ross opening a B&M? I must've been spacing out when this came up but I think we need to make sure his grand opening (whenever that may be) is a big success!

I think TW on Nov. 20th is a great idea! I would definitely be in the mood for another herf by then. If anyone goes by TW at some point, let me know when Anniv tickets will be on sale.

If I can make it someone would need to pick me up a ticket obviously... assuming we do this again then.

If anyone needs me to get them a ticket too, just let me know. I pass by TW on the way home everyday.

Maybe. I need to see whats going on that weekend first. Also I'm not a big crowd type.

I'm still planning on it! I was talking to a buddy of mine who's a fellow BOTL (and TW supporter) and he'll be coming as well.

Not a big fan of the crowds either but I think this'll be worth it. Anyways that's what cliques are for. We'll just have to do a better job of making our group look unapproachable.
