Messing up a recipe and the food turning out even better than what it was supposed to be. Mmm...broiled salmon seasoned with lots of garlic pepper, salt, and lemon juice.

i love how many hiking trails are in my area. not so much that they are there but that a few of them are actually a challenge.

I love that my wedding is exactly one month away and I can stop saying "fiance" which makes me feel like a pretentious ass every time I say it.
