I just smoked the whole line of this years Rare Corojos...I love the flavor on these things, but for the last three years the main consistency that I've noticed is that they all have pretty bad burns.  I have to smoke them very slow or else the foot looks like it is made up of about 50 firecracker fuses....I guess it is just a slow smoking stick...

    Anyone else been smoking these?

I like this cigar, a lot, but not right off the truck. My trick:

Buy a box. Sit on it for a year. When the next year's production is released I buy a box of that, then burn through the box I've been sitting on. I repeat this process every year. I find time does wonders for these cigars when it comes to flavor.

I had a box from 04, smoked a couple then got rid of them to buy something else......I did like them though, nice flavor...I had the Pita's, and I still have one from 06 that I'll save for a rainy day in the future....

I have an 05 sitting in my humidor right now. I'm waiting for the right time to smoke it. I think I'll give it a year until I smoke it.
    How 'bout a Fresca?
