Rules:

The person offering will ask the following question: "Who wants to be my Cigar Advocate mooch?"

The first peron to reply "I want to be your Cigar Advocate mooch".  Will be the mooch.

The offerer will send at least 3 hand rolled long filler cigars of any nation to the mooch.

It is then the mooches responsiblity to ask the question within a period of 72 hours. Then the cycle starts all over again.
