Wonderful pre-light aroma. Some barn-yard smell with that foot-like influence Cuba is known for. Nice, light-brown wrapper with small veins and a perfect triple-cap. A subtle, but nice box-press, with a perfect pre-light draw.
The flavor is extremely creamy with toasty hints of wood and earth. During the burn the flavor takes on a spicy note, and the cigar becomes fuller in body. The aftertaste is that of roasted nuts, with pepper through the nose. The burn is a little crooked, producing a flaky, dark (salt & pepper) ash.
Overall, a great 40-minute smoke for the money.
